The Opportunity

This organisation has a long history supporting Australia’s vulnerable – with a large footprint and plans to keep growing. This highly recognised organisation is looking for a strong learning and development administrator/coordinator to support the L&D function.

As the L&D Coordinator, this position will see you placed as a valued member of the team. This role see you as first point of contact to the team, organising events, liaising with external providers, attending various training courses and gaining exposure to all facets of L&D.

This position is a maternity leave vacancy until September 2024 and full time based in North Ryde.

About you:

You will have strong administration, coordination and communication skills for this position.
You could be a strong EA or Events coordinator looking to side step into Learning and Development.
Some of the key skills you will need to have include:-

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and deliver outcomes
  • Intermediate office skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Salary

Base salary $70k base plus super pro rata.
