HR Recruitment and Career Coaching is what we do.
We’re on a mission to remove the limiting mindsets that hold women back in their lives and careers by educating, coaching and recruiting with purpose.
After long stints in HR recruitment and a season running sole trader businesses, Emma Egan and Bianca Clifton joined forces to form Sterning HR which evolved to People and Purpose.
They chose to move from reactive to proactive, creating more time for what they do best. Bianca and Emma knew they were stronger together and that by partnering, they could deliver more value to their clients.
They love partnering with their clients to find the right HR talent to support cultural shifts and get hands on in the day to day, aligning HR professionals and organisations for better outcomes.
They also get purpose out of helping women who feel stuck in their careers, are overwhelmed by the job-seeking process, and lack the confidence to step out.
Going beyond offering HR recruitment services, Bianca and Emma set out to career coach women to shape the careers they wanted. Through hands-on coaching, they helped women get a hold of the vision and reconnect with their inner confidence to go and get it.
And it worked. But with that success, came more interest from potential clients.
Realising they needed a more scalable career coaching solution, Bianca and Emma began developing the Career Launch Pad course to educate and empower more women.
At the same time, they noticed the disconnect between their brand and what they stood for. Their business had evolved to focus more on connecting people to their purpose.
So, Sterning HR became People & Purpose.
