We partnered with the CEO to fill the critical role of a “people champion” within a company experiencing significant growth and wanted to maintain a strong employee engagement culture to sustain the growth trajectory.

The Challenge
The incoming HR leader needed to continue the legacy of prioritising employee feedback and addressing issues promptly, as well as oversee building their own team and the talent acquisition efforts for 65 new roles in the next year.
They were required to drive initiatives related to competency frameworks, career development opportunities, and leadership capability, while leveraging their experience in large-scale operations and agility to succeed in a dynamic environment.
They needed to demonstrate solutions-focused, logical thinking with a customer-centric approach, emphasising positive attitudes and behaviors within an inclusive and respectful culture. And to do this they required strong influential communication, with internal and external stakeholders up to the board level.
